Anocha Suwichakornpong is part of the New Wave of Thai independent cinema. Her short film Graceland was screened at Cannes and Sundance, and her debut feature Mundane History won The Tiger Award at The Rotterdam Film Festival. Anocha also produced How To Win At Checkers Every Time, which became the Thai Oscar contender in 2015. She just completed her second feature By The Time It Gets Dark.
