Producer / Director 

Mary Hasavari is the founder of Matches Films where she produces and directs films, series, and advertisements. She has worked with clients such as Google, Facebook, and True vision. Mary made her first short film at the age of 16, a documentary about black-metal kids. After graduating with a BA in marketing and an MFA from London Film School, her film Before Spring earned her five nominations at five different film festivals, among them, Oscar-qualifying Bogota Short Film Festival. She also received honorable mentioning at The Isle of Wight International Film Festival. Mary is currently working on her feature debut as a director. Her project was in the final round of selection for the 2020 Sundance development track.
